When are Big Bash tickets on sale?

Tickets are now on sale for the Weber WBBL|10 and KFC BBL|14 seasons. Visit the matches page to buy tickets.

Tickets are available on Ticketek or Ticketmaster depending on the venue.

Please note tickets can be purchased via the web, phone, or at the gate on match day.

When is early bird pricing available until?

Weber WBBL|10 – Early Bird Pricing ends 11:59pm (venue local time) 10 October 2024 (unless sold out earlier).
KFC BBL|14 – Early Bird Pricing ends 11:59pm (venue local time) 14 November 2024 (unless sold out earlier).

Early bird discount availability is dependent on venue selected and does not apply to any ticket agent transaction fees or booking fees. All ticket purchases are subject to Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions.  

How can I purchase Group Tickets? Are there Premium Experience/Hospitality packages available?

Why are the prices different for different games?

The home Club sets the prices for their home matches during the regular season fixture. Any variation in prices across games will reflect and acknowledge the demand for matches and take into consideration blockbuster and marquee matches.

Can I request where my seats are located?

At all times you will be able to select which category you would like to purchase. In peak on sale times, ticket sales may be limited to ‘next best available’, outside of these times there is more flexibility to select your seat/s within the available seating bays.

How will tickets be delivered?

All tickets will be issued as mobile tickets or print at home tickets from the ticket agent. You will be able to share these with other people you are attending with as well.

What does 'Allocation Exhausted' mean?

When all general public tickets currently available for a match or seating category have been allocated to ticketholders, the match or specific seating category will display as ‘Allocation Exhausted’. Additional tickets may become available once operational matters have been finalised closer to match.

What is the best option for me if I will be attending multiple games this season?

Individual tickets are available via the venue ticket agent website.

If you are planning to attend multiple matches, a membership may provide best value and access to tickets. You can view each Clubs Membership products here.

When are Finals tickets available for purchase?

Finals tickets for Weber WBBL|10 and KFC BBL|14 will be available to purchase at the conclusion of the regular home and away season. Tickets may be available earlier if the results of the remaining matches of the season do not impact the final ladder standings.

How can I purchase accessible seating tickets?

This includes wheelchair spaces and enhanced amenity seating. Enhanced amenity seating might be on an aisle, involve less stairs or have more space around the seating position. Patrons with accessible booking requirements can contact the relevant ticket agent

Can I get a refund or resell a ticket?

Refund

Refund or exchange of tickets are only applicable if the match has been cancelled, rescheduled, relocated or washed out. Please refer to the National Refund Policy available here to check if you are eligible for a refund.

Resell

You may resell your tickets at the same price you bought them for through our official ticket agents, however the resale of tickets at a premium is a breach of the Ticket and Entry Conditions, available here. A breach of these could result in:

Cancellation of all affected tickets without notice; and/or being refused admission to, or evicted from the Venue, without refund of the ticket price or compensation of any kind.

In addition, the resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation in each state and may attract criminal penalties.

What payment methods are accepted and are there any additional transaction or delivery fees?

General public tickets can be paid for using VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Afterpay (a form of payment that allows you to pay off your tickets through instalments-conditions apply). Qantas Frequent Flyer points can also be used for matches held at a Ticketek venue. There is a per transaction charge fee. This charge is only applied per transaction, so whether you purchase 1 or 10 tickets in a single transaction you will only ever pay one fee. Transaction fees vary for each venue
